Sauteed ramen noodles with pork and chrysanthemum, ultra-fast black bean sauce
- 2 packets of cooked instant noodles - cook noodles without seasoning packets according to instructions
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 250g minced pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- A good handful of chrysanthemum (Tong Ho) washed, drained and cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp of black bean sauce diluted in 2 Tbsp of water
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 turns of pepper mill
- 2 tbsp of fried onions
1- In a wok or pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the pork and onions well.
2- Add the chrysanthemum pieces and mix well
3- Add the sauce and maple syrup and mix well
4- Add the noodles and make sure everything is well mixed. Pepper.
5- Serve hot and garnish with fried onions
