Pork with tuna sauce


  • A small roast pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Half an onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • A sprig of rosemary
  • A sprig of thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 can of tuna in water and drained well
  • 1 Tbsp of capers
  • 1 / 2t mayonnaise
  • 4 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1 tbsp of pork broth
  • 1 CAT of lemon juice
  • A few slices of radish
  • A few shredded arugula leaves


1- In a pan over high heat, put the roast pork and cook it well on all sides.
2- In a saucepan, put the onion, garlic, celery and herbs. Add water and put on the heat.
3- Over simmering heat, cook the roast for 30 minutes.
4- Let the roast cool in the refrigerator with a ladle of broth. Save the broth for instant noodles in the future.
5- In a blender, put all the ingredients and propel.
6- Remove the roast and thinly slice the pork and spread out on a plate
7- Pour the sauce over the pieces of pork.
8- Add the radish slices and the shredded arugula.
