Spicy pesto


Ingredients
- 1 cup of thai basil
- 1 cup of Vietnamese cilantro
- 1 cup of coriander
- 1 cup of garlic chives
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 CAT of chopped ginger
- 1 jalapeño pepper or 3 bird peppers
- 1 Tbsp of shelled sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of sunflower oil
Preparation
1. Wash and wring out each herb leaf
2. Place the herbs, garlic, ginger, chilli and sunflower seeds in a food processor and chop
3. Add sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix everything well. Add the sunflower oil by hand.
4. Add this pesto to your grilled meats or on a fish. Can also be stored in the freezer.
