Yorkshire pudding for the holidays


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp of canola oil


1- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the oil and put it in the refrigerator for a good half an hour.
2- Preheat the oven to 425F. Meanwhile, generously oil the muffin pan with a brush. Place in the oven for at least 10 minutes.
3- Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and mix it quickly. Place everything in the muffin pan, making sure to put only halfway into each hole.
4- Immediately place in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until everything puffs.
5- Serve immediately with your best roast beef!
