Air Fryer Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 plump chicken thighs
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed and finely chopped
  • 2 tbs dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbs of light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of 5 Chinese spices powder
  • 1 tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tbs of granulated sugar
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup

Preparation

1- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the thighs for at least 45 minutes at room temperature.
2- Put the thighs in the Air Fryer, brush the thighs with the marinade with a brush and cook everything at 375C for 25 minutes, making sure to turn them aside halfway through cooking and brush the thighs again with the marinade.
3- Serve on a bed of hot rice.
