Asparagus and snow crab tartare from Kim Phat

Asparagus and snow crab tartare


  • A pound of trimmed white or green asparagus
  • 1 cup snow crab meat
  • 1 CASE finely chopped green onions
  • 1 CASE of mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


1- After having trimmed the asparagus, cook them in a saucepan filled with water over maximum heat for about ten minutes. Drain them and set aside.
2- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
3- Assemble the asparagus in 4 plates and add the crab mixture on the asparagus.
