Ingredients
- 2 plump
- chicken thighs
- 2 garlic
- cloves crushed and finely chopped
- 2 tbs
- dark soy sauce
- 2 tbs
- of light soy sauce
- 1 tsp
- of 5 Chinese spices powder
- 1 tsp
- of white pepper
- 1 tbs
- of granulated sugar
- 1 tbs
- of maple syrup
Preparation
- Step 1
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the thighs for at least 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 2
- Put the thighs in the Air Fryer, brush the thighs with the marinade with a brush and cook everything at 375C for 25 minutes, making sure to turn them aside halfway through cooking and brush the thighs again with the marinade.
- Step 3
- Serve on a bed of hot rice.
