Air Fryer Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

2 plump
chicken thighs
2 garlic
cloves crushed and finely chopped
2 tbs
dark soy sauce
2 tbs
of light soy sauce
1 tsp
of 5 Chinese spices powder
1 tsp
of white pepper
1 tbs
of granulated sugar
1 tbs
of maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the thighs for at least 45 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
Put the thighs in the Air Fryer, brush the thighs with the marinade with a brush and cook everything at 375C for 25 minutes, making sure to turn them aside halfway through cooking and brush the thighs again with the marinade.
Step 3
Serve on a bed of hot rice.
