Japonese cold soba soup – dashi broth

150 g
soba noodles
500 ml
cold dashi broth
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp
mirin
1 sheet
nori (cut into strips)
1
green onion (thinly sliced)

sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1
Cook the soba noodles, rinse them with cold water, and drain.
Step 2
Mix the dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Refrigerate if needed.
Step 3
Serve the soba noodles in a bowl and pour the broth over them.
Step 4
Garnish with nori, green onion, and sesame seeds.
Step 5
