Rice noodle salad with vegetables – sesame dressing

rice noodles

red cabbage (thinly sliced)

carrot (julienned)

cucumber (thinly sliced into rounds)

cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish
Sesame dressing
2 tbsp
sesame oil
1 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp
rice vinegar
1 tbsp
honey
1 cm
fresh ginger

Preparation

Step 1
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, rinse them with cold water, and drain well.
Step 2
Toss the vegetables with the noodles.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Step 5
Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
