Preparation
- Step 1
- Dip a rice paper sheet into warm water to soften it. Place it on a clean surface.
- Step 2
- Add a lettuce leaf to the center, followed by a bit of vermicelli, vegetables, herbs, and three shrimp halves.
- Step 3
- Roll tightly, folding the sides as you go. Repeat for the remaining rolls.

- For the sauce, mix all ingredients until smooth.
