Shrimp spring rolls – peanut sauce

cooked shrimps (peeled and sliced in half lengthwise)

rice vermicelli (cooked and cooled)
6 leaves

carrot (grated)

cucumber (cut into thin julienne strips)

red onion (thinly sliced)

Fresh herbs (mint and cilantro)
Peanut sauce
3 tbsp
hoisin sauce
2 tbsp
peanut butter
1 tbsp
soy sauce
3 tbsp
water
1 clove
garlic
1 tbsp
lime juice

Preparation

Step 1
Dip a rice paper sheet into warm water to soften it. Place it on a clean surface.
Step 2
Add a lettuce leaf to the center, followed by a bit of vermicelli, vegetables, herbs, and three shrimp halves.
Step 3
Roll tightly, folding the sides as you go. Repeat for the remaining rolls.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Step 5
Enjoy the rolls with the peanut sauce for a burst of flavor.
