Ingredients

1 cup
of well-cooked rice
1 cup
of each grated or cut vegetable you have on hand: red cabbage, kale, carrot, enoki, cucumber, etc.
1 Tbsp.
sesame oil
2 eggs
cooked in a mirror
½
thinly sliced beef tenderloin marinated for one hour with: 2 CAS | soy sauce, 1 CAS | maple syrup, 1 CAS | sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic crushed and finely chopped

Directions

Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. Place rice in 2 large individual bowls.
Step 2
Add vegetables in small packages, one next to the other, to fill the entire bowl.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
Step 4
In a hot skillet, put the sesame oil. Add beef slices. Cook for 2 minutes. Add them to the bowls.
Step 5
In a non-stick pan, cook the 2 mirror eggs.
Step 6
Add sauce to bowls and one egg to each.
Step 7
Mix all ingredients with a spoon before eating.
Step 8
Prepare the chili sauce with 2 CAS of gojuchang, 1 CAS of maple syrup, 1 CAS of sesame oil, 2 cloves of garlic crushed and finely chopped, 1 CAT of grated ginger, 1 CAS of sesame seeds
