Ingredients

sesame oil

garlic, crushed and chopped

fish sauce

of peanut butter

of sriracha

grated parmesan cheese
2 handles
fresh ramen cooked for 4 minutes in boiling water

Choice of protein (ground pork, sliced char siu, shrimp, etc.)
Various vegetables according to your taste blanched (mushrooms, carrots, baby bok choy, bamboo shoots, corn kernels, etc.)

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add garlic and onion. Mix well. Add fish sauce and until fragrant, increase heat and add chicken broth and all other ingredients up to parmesan. Wait for a little broth.
Step 2
Add the Parmesan cheese and lower the heat.
Step 3
Prepare the ramen bowls with your favorite protein and vegetables.
Step 4
Put the bowls in the microwave to warm up.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat the broth again and pour into separate bowls.
Step 6
Enjoy by dipping the noodles, protein and vegetables in the broth.
