Spicy crushed cucumbers

Ingredients

Lebanese cucumbers or 1 English cucumber, crushed with the back of a knife and cut into pieces
1 Tbsp
of sea salt
2 Tbsp
of rice vinegar
2
garlic cloves, grated
1 CAT
of soy sauce
1 CAT
of granulated sugar
1
bird's eye chilli, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1
Disgorge the pieces of cucumber by putting them in a fine colander and mixing them with the salt. Place the colander in a bowl and refrigerate for ten minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, put all the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Step 3
Take out the cucumber pieces and drain well. Add to bowl mixture.
Step 4
Put back in the refrigerator for about ten minutes to soak up the flavors.
Step 5
Enjoy immediately.
