chopped purple basil leaves

chopped mint

chopped coriander

fried onions
The vinaigrette:
1 CAS
of rice vinegar
2 CAS
of sugar
2 CAS
of fish sauce
4 CAS
of cold water
1 CAS
by sambal oelek

Directions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl and add dressing.
Step 2
Stir well. Serve cold.
